Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about ezForge products and pricing.
- What counts as an "MCP server"?
- Any running server deployment on the ezForge Platform — one per project, deployed from a container image. Your container must listen on the PORT environment variable and implement the MCP protocol endpoints. See our deployment docs for technical details.
- What happens when I hit the free tier limit?
- Requests beyond your plan's included quota receive a 429 (Too Many Requests) response. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your dashboard to increase your limits.
- What is Ready?
- Ready gives SMBs an agent presence without writing code. Choose a template, enter your business details, and deploy — AI agents can then discover and interact with your business. Learn more about Ready →
- What is Hub?
- Hub is a verified registry for MCP servers — coming soon. It will let AI agents discover trusted services by category, trust level, and publisher reputation. Learn more about Hub →
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Credit cards via Stripe. Annual billing with a discount is coming soon.
- How does scale-to-zero work?
- Your server idles to zero replicas after a configurable inactivity window. The first request spins it back up — typically under 5 seconds.
- How does per-seat pricing work?
- Pro and Enterprise plans include 1 seat (the owner). Each additional team member is billed monthly — $29/seat on Pro, $19/seat on Enterprise. Solo developers on Free or Developer plans are not affected.
